Thank you so much! I’m super happy with how the breakroom has turned out so far, I hope to expand the perfume section soon— each perfume will have its own page where I give a brief description of it, as well as some Fragrantica reviews I particularly enjoy. I got this idea from ancientcrypt. John certainly was a real jerk, and I can at least find some solace in the fact that the legal community (especially in the city that I live) is quite small, and law school is tight-knit. This means that he likely will have very few friends. Word spreads fast. And my bug bites are healed, thank you so much! There was a billion of them hahaha

Omg that’s so sweet!! I think it’s so awesome when bands talk openly about their biggest inspirations and other bands they’re big fans of. It really makes me happy to see. It really makes me smile when I remember that even bands WE look up to have bands that THEY really idolize— we’re all just fans at the end of the day. (and yes I really do see you as the highest authority when it comes to Bears In Trees honestly)

Thank you so much!! I love that analogy, I’m so glad it gives off that vibe. ECLECTIC and COMFORTABLE!! I totally have more ideas for more rooms on the site, it’s just a matter of putting it all together and making sure it’s cohesive. Can’t wait to update it all and complete the friend’s house vibe.

THANK YOU and you have an awesome freaking coffee order… I love hazelnut and oatmilk a lot

Thank you so so so much!! I really appreciate it This is crazy random but every time I look at your site I think about Bears in Trees, and it reminds me of how the official Bears in Trees tumblr account follows my tumblr that I've been running for like 10+ years. They followed me first, too, and I had no clue who Bears in Trees were at the time. Do you know if any of the band members are My Chemical Romance fans? Because that's pretty much all my blog was and still is hahaha

Aw I'm so glad I was able to introduce it to you!! I really need to buy more stamps and get back on it, because I've been slacking lately like crazy. I miss snail mail <3 Have so much fun with Postcrossing, I find it super rewarding!

Of course! And that’s exactly the reason I switched to atabook from chattable myself, I really enjoy responding to guestbook comments. and thank you so so much, I really appreciate your support!! You should definitely get into postcrossing, I’ve found it to be incredibly rewarding. It made me excited to check my mailbox every day. And it led me to swap postcards with people even outside of the postcrossing site!! A new beautiful world of mail also I’ve never had a spiced mocha before, sounds awesome

thank you!! CONGRATS ON BEING MY 100TH FOLLOWER!! and i love what you have so far on yours, i can’t wait to see more. this guestbook is hosted on Atabook, which i have found to be the best place to create one. you just make an account on Atabook, customize what you want your guestbook to look like, and then link it on your site. i enjoy the fact that Atabook has a setting you can toggle so it will email you when someone leaves a message in the guestbook, and i enjoy that i can reply to messages here. and the fun little prompts you can add, too— i ask people what their favorite drink to order at a coffee shop is (and a link to their website, if they have one), but i have seen some other awesome creative questions too. shoot me an email if you need any help, but you’re doing awesome so far!

Thank you very much!! I definitely didn’t draw any of it— thank you for reminding me, I need to link my picture credits to my credits page at some point. I got a majority of it from furniture websites and the like. Some minor things from Pinterest too, images that have been passed around the internet for years and years. I ran all of the images individually through dithermark!

Thank you so much!! I hope you have so much fun with postcrossing, feel free to email me if you ever wanna talk about it/you have any questions! I've received some really special postcards from all over the world through postcrossing, it's really something special.

Hello Asa, thank you for your kind words! Def check out my postcard about page, I explain why you may not see any of my USA postcards here! I actually have quite a few, along with many postcards from other countries that are not listed. Maybe someday I will get around to logging those, it’s just quite a time-intensive endeavor that I just don’t have time for at the moment. But keep an eye out !

Thank you!!! I actually LOVE dark academia, it's one of my favorite aesthetics-- i considered making the theme of my site darker, but i definitely wanted that cozy global village coffeehouse environment I appreciate the love!

Ah!! You’re so sweet thank you! I wanted to recreate the cozy coffee shop vibe I am constantly seeking out in person. <3 fantastic order also, I love a matcha latte! I’ve never tried lavender milk before though, I didn’t even know that was a thing!! That’s so cool. My favorite matcha latte is a matcha tiramisu latte from a cafe close to me, it’s sooooo good. I’d love to find a place that has lavender milk. EDIT 07/10/2025: felix has informed me that lavender milk is not usually found at coffee shops themselves but can be MADE at home! genius!

Thank you!! your support means so much. And I love your cafe order!! I don’t think I’ve tried either of those, I need to branch out and try more teas. Maybe I’ll go for a floral iced green next time.

Thank you so much!! I love your collection of graphics, they're so well-curated. I also really enjoy a hot chocolate, especially around the holidays with a fun candy cane or peppermint stick.
