Hello!!! thank you very much! Honestly, I started off with sadgrl's resources-- she has guides, code snippets, and a layout builder for beginners to use. From there, I studied how other sites accomplished certain things, asking them questions if there was a particular element I enjoyed. Or, alternatively, I will google how to do something if I want to achieve something in particular, and there are often youtube tutorials or walkthroughs on how to do it! Before I started I had a super basic knowledge base, since I really enjoyed changing my desktop tumblr theme as a teenager HAHAHAHA. Just have fun with it! There are a lot of resources out there for you to get your feet wet in, and you can slowly customize from there. Best wishes!
